Hariom Special Basmati Rice is sourced from elite long-grain basmati rice selected from basmati paddy that is aged to further improve its quality for cooking and texture, and then milled. Aging allows the moisture in the grain to be reduced to allow the grain to separate, be fluffy, and non-sticky.
In the cooking process of the grain, there is no addition of coloring agents or whitening agents for polishing. It is left in its natural form and state, maintaining the aroma of the basmati rice and the nutrition.
